Default brutal bumm rearend sound :(

Hi!

My rearend generate a loud sounds:
from 1 mph...
the sound is harder, and harder, the chassis shaking harder, and harder, when I accelerate(or roll (in Neutral), or turn, or anything, I cant modify the sound).. it starts to fade about 90mph
how can I test the carrier, or the rearend parts, what is the problem?
I have ENERGY SUSPENSION hyperflex bushing in the rear.
I was exchanged the driveshaft, but the sound was not changed
I changed the tires too, but nothing...

other:
I'm searching the great carrier/gear combo for track/highway use.
I have 3.23 rearend (A4 trany), and I like it, so I dont need new size.
I try to keep my 10bolt rear, because the shipping is very expensive to here.
what is the best for track use? EATON , AUBURN, HEAVY ZEXEL TORSEN?
with which ring&pinion?
my final target hp is 500bhp.

thanks for help

ttt.. go up baby..

sorry, I really need help, because I dont know, what is the problem
and no official services at here.
previous changes on rearend:
- all bushing
- all bearings and seal exchanged (pinion, wheel, etc.)
- all wheels, tires
- driveshaft tested, OK, tested with new balanced steel driveshaft
- wheels balanced
- I bought a "new" SLP OEM zexel torsen diff from SLP, carrier exchanged, but it is suspicious.
- I have stock gears 3.23

I try to repair it, for daily driving

thanks for help

Are your rear wheels balanced? Rear brakes warped?

I recently had extreme noise coming from my rear end...I didn't have any shaking but it started as soon as I rolled forward and in fact did seem to get less noticable at higher speeds (85-90)...It ended up being a reused crush sleeve on my 3.42's causing them to be loose....I Replaced the gears with 4.10's and all is well.....I don't know if we're talking about the same thing, but i thought I would throw it out there..

rear wheels balanced, how can I check the rear break rotors?
my front rotors have lots of small cracks, new rotors are coming,
but I think my rear rotors are good.

I think my problem is similar to this thread:

https://ls1tech.com/forums/gears-axles/265553-please-help-rearend-noise.html

what is the best carrier for the track, if I need to change?

We will burst the rearend in next week
