Roller Rockers??? I am looking to upgrade to roller rockers. Looking for input on whats working and whats not. Would rather not have to do any machining or swap valve covers if possible.. Can ya help me out?

There have been many problems with valve float from aftermarket rockers.
The Harland Sharp shaft mount non adjustables are what I am looking at. They assured me they would fit with no mods. Harland sharp can also modify the stockers with better bearings so they don't come out.

I'm selling SLP 1.85 rockers..
They're a drop in replacement & will give 10% more lift.
They are made by the same mfgr as the stock ones.
No issues at all... If you don't have an aftermarket cam, this is a trouble free upgrade from stock...

I went with comp cams adjustalble rockers, said would fit under stock valve cover, but they didn't needed to buy spacer to make work. But that was also with after market heads so they may work with stock not sure.

They are offering a set of modified stock LS1 rockers done by Harland Sharp. The new rockers will have a new trunnion and new bearings with provisions for clips so there is absolutely no chance the bearings can come out. They use the stock rocker bodies. They offer them on an exchange basis-send in your rockers & they send you a set rebuilt or as a core charge.

Condition:
Some customers may comment or technicians may notice needle bearings being found during an engine oil change. The bearings may be found in either the drain pan used or on the magnetic oil pan drain plug.
Cause:
One or more rocker arms may have experienced a bearing failure.
Correction:
Inspect all of the rocker arms for bearing retainer cap failure. If one or more defective rocker arms are found, replace all 16 rocker arms. Refer to the Engine Mechanical sub-section in the appropriate Service Manual.
If no condition with the rocker arms is found, refer to the service history for previous rocker arm repair. If previous rocker arm repair was made, then the engine may not have been thoroughly cleaned of loose roller bearings. If no previous rocker arm repair was made, then look for another condition.
Remove the oil pan and clean out any additional bearings found within the oil pan. Refer to the Engine Mechanical sub-section in the appropriate Service Manual.
Install the oil pan. Refer to the Engine Mechanical sub-section in the appropriate Service Manual.

Regardless of what some say, that is NOT a very common occurance. The stock rockers are fine, I run mine to 7000 rpm and have never had a problem. Aftermarket rockers for a LS1 are a waste of money. You won't see HP gains with them regardless of ratio, as they are much heavier at the tips than stock rockers are.
