Hey guys i need any input on what cam selection you would recommend...this is what i have:
1999 hard top z
A4
6.0L IRON BLOCK
408 STROKER
TEA STAGE III 6.0L HEADS
LS2 INTAKE W/ 90MM TB
KOOKS 1 7/8 LONGTUBES
KOOKS Y PIPE
MUFLEX 4" CATBACK

I just drive this on the weekend and would really like to get ALL i can with this cam selection but I dont want it to where it is undependable as well, currently i have a comp 238/240 112 605/609 but i was thinking this might be a little to mild....I am hoping to get into the 500-530 dyno numbers with matching torque....So anyone with a similar setup please let me know what you think!!!!

If you have good compression and a good tuner you could defentially go bigger and still have a driveable setup.
Call TEA and see what he suggest since he know's his heads better then anyone else.
I wouldn't be scared of a 244/248 or maybe even a 248/252.
Start going much bigger and your tuner is gonna hate you.

What kind of power numbers are you making now?

Actually The Block Is At The Machine Shop Right Now And I Am Thinking I Want To Go Bigger... I Should Be Around 11.2.1 Compression With My Setup But I Just Want To Hit The 500's And Dont Know If That Cam Will Cut It
