dangers of braking a 10 bolt?
What kind of experiences have you guys that broke your 10 bolts had? Tiers locking up? Tiers coming off? Just noisy sudden stop? what?
If I trailer my car to the track with a stock 10 bolt, stock motor 330hp, what kind of experience would I be in for?
Any comments appreciated thanks.

Launching!
It would depend on how hard you launch the car and how often you go to the track. So far I'm good but I can't wait till it breaks so I have an excuse to upgrade.
I've seen video of rear wheel's comming off during a hard launch.

the brake rotor or backing plate would have to literally BREAK OFF for the tires+axles to come out of a stock 10 bolt. when mine blew, it just clackalacked like nothing you've heard before and i rolled to a stop. i diddnt know exactly what was wrong untill i had it flat-bedded to my house. i ended up DRIVING it up on the trailer to bring it to the rear end shop (which ended up doing NO work for me, i went with a 12 bolt). it only had 8 of the 13 teeth on the pinion when i did this
if you trailer it there, i wouldnt worry about it. the cases of driveshafts breaking along wtih the 10 bolt are rare. even if it does, you will still be alright

If you have a trailer and are willing to replace the 10 bolt go give it some hell. Here's my story...
The run after my first 12 I broke an axle. Reved it up, green light, BANG!, I'm not moving. Had to jack the rear up and have all the track officials help me push it off the track. Got it home and took off the caliper and here is what was left of the driver's side axle....
