what is everything that is needed to install a 200-4r in a ls1 car.
also list where to get the specialty parts needed.

Are you having a problem keeping the 4L60E alive?, or do you have different plans that the 4L60E won't live under?

shooting for low 10's by the end of the summer. from what i hear the 4l60 really doesn't like that. or the fact that i like to spray between shifts
