Default which converter is for me?

right now my car is pretty stock. lid, catback, and nx wet kit. i will be purchasing a cam, stall, and LS6 intake in the next week. the cam i am getting is the TSP 231/237. what will be a good converter for this setup? i was thinking either the SS3600 or SS4000. i want this stall to still work well when i decide to do heads.

also what do you guys think of TCI converters? i can get them for a really good price, and i would love to hear that people are having good luck with them.

I just got my TCI SSF3500 stall, I also have a mostly stock car and is a daily driver, with the exception of exhaust and lid, most guys would say with a cam to get long tubes too, to let it breathe better, not sure if you have those allready, but may want to consider a nice set with the cam, I have hooker lt's on my car. Probably gonna want a shift kit along with the stall, I also have a trans go on the way to go with mine, thats what was suggested to me, and seems to be the choice of shift kits. thats just my 2 cents, im sure other will also chime in on this.

I've got a TCI 3500 and have had no issues with it. Drives and performs great. You will probably not want to go over 3500 or 3600 depending on how much you spray. I know their are several people on this board w/ head/cam cars spraying on the verter I have w/o issues for what it's worth.

With that cam and a set of heads later I would go 3600-4000 stall since you plan to spray it. Do some searches in here and the nitrous forum about the best converter for spraying.

TCI converters are a great bang for the buck! A 3500 would work well with some spray. Shoot me a email or a phone call for pricing if you are interested.
