I put in an 8 point chrome-moly cage in my Camaro that has BMR weld in subframe connectors.

1.Should I cut out the connectors or leave them in for strength?

2.With race seats and belts how do they fasten to the horizontal bar?

3.Do you have to put a brace to the horizontal bar from the seat back?

1. definately leave them in
2. The belts will either bolt to a tab on your horizontal bar (if equipped), or loop around it.
3. If you are using a non-factory seat, the rules state you must have a back brace on the seat.
