I've got a 2000 Firebird without trac. control, will a axle that has trac. control swap into my car without any problems? I know it will bolt up, but will any of the electrical connections be different?

Yes, it will bolt up, but your ABS will no longer function. An axle with traction control has two sensing reluctors, one mounted just behind each wheel on the axle ends. On a non-TCS car, there is only one reluctor wheel, and it is mounted on the backside of the differential.
3-channel ABS vs 4-channel ABS

Is there a easy way of getting it to work, would like to keep my ABS. Also don't want the ABS light on all the time. <img src="images/icons/frown.gif" border="0">
