Talking To those running TTPerformance's " Equalizer " V1 cam :).. Plz step in

Guys, if you're running this cam, I'd like to know :

1 - How streetable is the ride ?

2 - Is your LS1 a daily driver ?

3 - What did you dyno [ pls list supporting mods and MN6 or A4 tranny ] ?

4 - Your ETs before and after the cam, if any ?

5 - How does it sound .. @ idle, low speeds, WOT and cruise at say 70 mph ? Any sound files ? email - ls1ta@optonline.net

6 - Would you do this cam again, or another one, esp for a daily driver ?

Thanks

Rahul

Default

I dont remeber what version I have but.
1. Very streetable but I am a stick car.
2. Nope, but if I didnt take the train to work it would be.
3. http://www.techcycle.org/jim/dynonew.jpg
Kooks long tubes with cats, borla, AFR 205 heads, pullies, LS6 intake Ported TB through a Moser 12-bolt with 4.11's. Also note this is a new forged engine that is not fully broken in yet, I might see more power when its broken in.
4. n/a until April
5. With the Borla cutout closed it actually kind of tame, same at speed. With the cutout open it sounds like a monster.
6. I would do this cam again (I have been though 5). 218/114 to a 224/114 to a 230/112 to a 236/112 to another 236 (different grind).

I have no issues driving the car at all but like I said I have a M6. Everybody has there own threshold for daily driving.
