Default torque converter?

Hey guys, I'm buying LT headers, catted y pipe for my car. I already have a Random Tech cat back installed. I have had my PCM retuned and I also have a LPE CAI, with a TBB and a 160* thermostat. I have a 97 Formula 4L60E. The stock gears in my car are 3.23, but maybe in a few months going to get 3.73. What stall should my converter be at? I know I'll have to get my PCM retuned. While those are being installed *headers y pipe and converter* i'll be getting that retuned. Can anyone help me as to what i put the stall at, and if it's easy to install? I am also wondering what are some good brands out there, and how much are they.

i found this.. I found this performance package. What would be a wise stall? I hear 2600 is common?
