Default just got my AFR 205 heads and g5x3 cam today.pictures inside.

i got them from LG motorsports.the heads are a work of art, they look way better then my old ported speed inc heads.they are milled and have comp 921 springs,i'll be using a thinner head gasket as well. i'll be doing the swap in two weeks(ish) and will head to get her tuned. i'll post the new results from the dyno. it's a mustang dyno so it should be 20ish hp lower then a dyno jet.

Lucky dog. I bet they are sexy. Post pics of the heads before you install them if you can. I'll be in the market for some heads soon and I've heard nothing but good about these bad boys.

What did you mill them down to? I have the G5X-2 cam, and am getting ready to order AFR 205's for my car. I am getting the spring upgrade as well.
Just curious as to what you had them milled to and the desired comp ratio you are going for.

Can I ask you a question? When did you order this stuff from them? How long did it take to get it shipped?

Does the $2,499 include the price of the heads?
If that is the price for the heads, milling and 921 springs, that's one hell of a deal.

That price, if it includes the 921's and milling is awesome! I have already been quoted $2674 for the same exact package from another vendor. That is a difference of $194. How much was shipping? That could lower the difference. Lou at LG must have stock on these heads because my other vendor is still trying to get availability info from AFR.

Opps! I did not realize they were AFR 205's. My pricing is for the AFR 225's which could have a higher sale value. If anyone knows please let me know.
Sorry!

01superflow-$2,499 included everything,heads,spring up grade and milling..the heads,cam and gaskets,ship cost was $55.00
TOMSZO6-they are 205's. i thought about the 225's because i will build a bigger motor in a few years, but they may be a little much for a daily driver on a 348ci.

Mike,
Would the 225's be too big for my ZO6 running your G5X3 and headers? My tuner wants to use them. Also price on them with 921 spring upgrade and milled?
Thanks,
Tom
Sorry, this message is for Louis at LG
