Pushrods length for combo....

Default Pushrods length for combo....

I know I should use an adjustable pushrod checker, and will later but for now...

APE 347, stock crank, Callies 6.125" rods, Diamond coated pistons, .010" out the hole, Morel Hyd Roller lifters, Mr G .042" gaskets, PP5.3L heads milled .010", cam by EDC unsure of base circle.
Just wondering about the length as I want to make sure I can everything on hand for a smooth R&R when I get home, not having to wait for parts etc.
Can't wait to get home, get this puppy installed and spray my anger away!

Wouldn't it be 7.400 - Milled Head Amount - (Stock Gasket Thickness - Your Gasket Thickness) or something close to that? Or are 5.3 heads totally different?

I am thinking along those line, but not sure if the Morels are taller/shorter than stockers. I know the adjustable pushrod will tell me...ugh....

If you measure your base circle, you can know for certain what length your pushrods should be. However, you should also check the "wipe" of the rocker on the valve stems in case you need to shim/mill the stock pedestal. If you need to change the pedestal height you'll also need to adjust the ideal pushrod length.
