Default What to use to cut trim pieces

Just finished installing the 6pt wolf roll cage in my car, and now have to make the rear panels fit in place. I cut a slit in the panel using a hack saw then cleaned up the burs and they look OK. Fits around the bar and everything good, probably use some tape from underneath to keep it together so it doesnt mis-form in the sun. In regaurds to cutting the speaker grills what would be the best tool? I was thinking a dremel, but what bit would be the best? Thanks guys, also if anyone has done this how did you trace out where to cut? Any advice would be great Thanks!
