What type of paint would I need you think? What type of paint do you think I would need to have some flames look like my photoshop? A silver or electron blue color but I want it transparent but not too transparent.

You will need automotive paint.
Are you asking what color?

what about a House of Kolor Kandy topcoat mixed with a silver of some sort? i dont know if it would work, but i know Kandies are a transparent color sprayed over a silver basecoat (well, usually silver) that gives them the depth that they have. example, my b/f's cobra:
front end is kandy kobalt over silver.
