Default Tire off Fenders

How do you get tire from the track off your rear fenders that has been on there for three months?

I've used "goof off" and it works well. Definitly try is an area first to make sure it doesn't hurt your paint. It's color fast, but I always test it first and right after I use it I wash the area and wax it.

autozone sells this cleaner called "Orange Peel Blast" or something like that that works really really well. Rubber or decals, it is the best I have found
