Default YANK wants to know!!

Yank converters with it's long attachment with GM. Motorsports Has been in Talks with a group of engineers that have been involved with motorsports transmissions.
They have a combined total of 70 plus years of th400, 4l60-e and 4l80-e design about YANK providing a true Performance 4l60-e and 4l80-e and th400 transmissions in the market place.
They will work for YANK and us alone as they are in retirement from GM.
WE have built transmissions before but had to work with outside shops that DID NOT do what they said,(That's what happens to offen!) so that is why we want to do this ourself in house.
We need your thoughts on what you would like to see in this product line.
Do you want:
* all units dyno tested with or with out the converter.
*all transmissions to have a package (converter and transmission ) buy
at the same time extented warrenty.
*what demands do you want them to meet.
* Tell us we want you input! (good or bad)

I would like to see a complete conversion kit for going over to a TH400/TH350/2004R Transmission. I'd prefer both the converter and transmission dyno tested.

I agree with Mustangeater. If you sold a complete kit for EVERYTHING needed to convert a 4l60-e to TH-400/350/200r4/80e, I believe it would be great for business.

i agree once more, if u sold the complete kit, in levels of strength like 1, 2, 3... that would be awesome!!!! everyone would buy the damn thing from ya'll... ive thought about doing the swap, but the price is way way high, and its hard for a newb to piece what will be needed together.

I would like to see a complete conversion kit for going over to a 4L80E Transmission. I'd prefer both the converter and transmission dyno tested. If you made all the necessary pieces to convert over from a M6 and get proven results I would buy it.

oh oh, and include one of them pimp *** rachet shifters as an option onto the kit ya know...... lol when i say complete, complete is the way to go.. u could have several upgrades to better parts for added cost and that way build it kinda custom to the buyers taste and needs.

I would like it if your company answer the phone. Instead of talking to the answering machine.

4L80E conversion is the most needed, many others have allready successfully done the TH350/TH400....IMHO

I think the 4L80E conversion package is taking the lead. I have been waiting for a company to offer this.

I'm not sure what you're reffering to, however what YANK is talking about is testing the Converters and Tranny's before they leave the shop to make sure they are working right.

I'd like to see a package deal on the TH400/converter/changeover kit in varying levels of performance. I called about the TH400 I saw one of you guys had for sale as I need to change over to a lockup style TH400 in the near future. I was told I needed to modify several things on my 2000 SS to do this including getting a custom driveshaft. It sure would be nice if you guys could just sell me everything I need instead of having me search all over the world for the right stuff and then not have it fit right.
