Not much.
Whenever the chassis kinda wants to twist when launching it is absorbing some power. Therefore you lose a lit bit through the chassis. SFCs will lessen that effect. Mostly though you will notice more in handling. It is a very good mod to do.

Subs help reduce rattles too...Shock Tower Brance...while not a mod to help 1/4 mile times, can help stiffen the car a little more too.

My car reacted very well to subframes and STB, the only noise it has is a little driveline noise after intalling the aftermarket shifter.

Are subframes good for a stictly 1/4 mile car? I really don't wan't to add any weight but...if they help I might. Some people tell me they help plant the rear tires, some say they don't. So what do you think?
