Default Need a cam do I need this too

IM trying to get a cam that is in the 228-235 112LSA
I want to make sure that it isn't going to be destroying my wallet with gas if I drive it "nicely". I also need to know what parts of the valvetrain do I need to purchase beforehand. I also want something with more torque but a good amount of power in the upper RPM's. So with a new cam, new valvetrain, and QTP headers and custom y what horsepower gains will I'll be seeing.
Thanks

if you want torque and power high end from a cam you'd be best off going with a futral f-13 cam...see specs at futralmotorsports.com...it is right at like 230-232...drives amazing...i have the tsp231 UNTUNED and i get 15 mpg city...and you know how these cars are on the highway ...i don't have a whole lot of torque down low, but this cam is known for that...with a futal f-13 cam, valvetrain, headers, y-pipe, ls6 intake (if car is pre-01), lid, cat-back, and a tune...you should see 400-425rwhp...that is optomistic as most people see right around 400-410
