Default Stand Alone Fuel System...LOOK!!!

Hey Guys we have been kicking around the idea of making a separate fuel system for a while now. Well, here is the first style we will be offering:

This is designed to work in any 4th gen F-body.

You will need to relocate your battery for this system. The stock battery hold downs is what fastens this system in.So there is no drilling required on your car.

This system is complete with a 1 Gallon aluminum fuel cell. The fuel pump is a walboro 340 mounted inside the tank. The regulator is a Aeromotive Regulator. You can run High or Low pressure on this set up.
The system comes with Stainless braided line to go to the fuel solenoid. This system is complete with all parts needed to install. If you are running 2 fuel solenoids you will need to purchase the upgrade.

In these pictures we are using a black fuel hose. We are now using Stainless braided Line for a cleaner look. We will also be offering some systems to where you do not have to relocate the battery.(coming soon)

I will have better pics for you some time this week with it mounted in the car. I forgot the camera...

This complete set up is going to sell for 699.00

Have an estimated price? I was going to replace my fuel pump in the rear but this looks like a great option.

Dam you ripped off my design. J/K I did the same thing with the battery hold down. I made mine the same size as the stock battery and figure the capacity at 1.6 gallon. Did you have to mount the fuel pump at an angle to get it to fit? I laid mine on about a 45 degree angle. I also used the stock fuel pump I took out of the car. That is a sweet unit you got there. I used the 13109 regulator and am going to mount it very close to the noids to keep the fuel circulating closer to the rails. I wish you had come out last month its been a pain in the a$$ putting this together.

how many passes on a 1 gallon using 200 or 300 shot?

SDB
roughly how much for this kit and the one that does not require battery relocation?

Is there a benefit to running hi vs low pressure in terms of tuning?

Great job Dave! Now get busy making one for the Vette. I have some ideas on creative places for the fuel cell.

A bunch. direct port on 200 use roughly 120lbs of fuel an hour. So for ever 10 seconds you will use .333 lbs of fuel. A gallon of c-16 wieghs 6.75 lbs. So you should be able to run many many passes. HMMM I could see a hose kit used as a back up to your stock system. check it out. you just got through racing and your stock pump dies. Alls you would need is a longer hose and the proper fitting and you could drive down the road a bit, but you would need to find a gas station every 10 miles or so.
Just a thought.

So if I run a 300 shot, is that 180lbs/hr, and about .5gal/10 seconds? I have a 1 gallon fuel cell with my F4 kit, so does that mean I can get 13.5 runs with 1 gallon of C16? How much does a gallon of C16 run?

ok, flat out awesome, but questions...

options?
can i get the black AN fittings? can i keep the black hose? i used the black hose and fittings for my Speed Inc. fuel rails just cause i liked the look of it compared to the braided line.

i built one just like it about a year ago . It is the exact same size as my battery.
I uses the low pressure external holley blue pump. Your system is very nice and advanced. mine is a low budgit system. Just can't aford the best mybe some day.
