Default What springs for cam?

looking at a 224/224 .581/.581 lift cam. Comp 918's or crane dual (gold I think) springs? Or other springs. I want long life out of these springs.

Thanks,
Dave

918's are popular and good for .600 lift, but are they the best choice. I can get a good deal on some Crane gold dual springs good for .650 lift, but not sure if that is good, better, or overkill.

the 918's have more seat pressure then the cranes, there lighter, and have better harmonics. its not really a hard choice....
