racetronix fuel pump wiring question

racetronix fuel pump wiring question does the fuse come inserted already and the extra one in the kit is just that,an extra? i never looked before i put everything on the car to see if a fuse was in there so it would save me some time if someone could let me know

racetronix, i have a post about my car not firing right, can you check it out? it in fueling secion or internal, cant remember. thanks
o yeah and i ordered 37 # but you all are out and i told them they can change the order to 38# by email, thats how they contacted me, is that all i need to do?
