They are made by Bosch. Try Racetronic, Thunder, Speed Inc, stc.

The Delphi disc injector is a newer superior design.

doesn't the 8.1 have 36# injectors? just do some slight mods and get those to fit in there.... save about 200 bucks and be as reliable as an any oem injector

30# SVO injectors are 36#'ers in LS1 applications since the rail psi is higher.

Why would you want to mod for a Multec II injector when a disc injector is a direct fit and is typically cheaper?

Look for stock injectors for a '97-'03 GTP. Stock injectors are 36#. They can be had cheap.

Hell, if I can find some 42.5# injectors, I'll sell you mine dirt cheap.

He's got an LT1 though, don't think he mentioned that.

And a GTP isn't a bad idea, but you still end up being 2 injectors short.

Worst case scenario IMO, look for a Ford version of Scoggin-Dickey and see if they'll hook you up on a set of 36lb injectors.

Is the fuel rail pressure different between the LS1 and LT1? Anyway, at a 52psi rail pressure, the GTP injectors are 36#. Of course, 6 is not enough.

The prob with the GTP injectors is that they are rated at 36 pph at 52 psi (GTP stock fuel pressure). At the standard 43.5 psi static test pressure, they are only 33 pph units (found out the hard way because I have an '01 GTP)

Good luck
