Question Rocker Arm Torque

What is the proper way to torque down rocker arm's on a LS1 ? When I have the windows up and the radio down in my car I hear alot of vavletrain related noise. I have put 1000 miles on this current setup and it runs fine; but the noise with the windows up bugs me. Thanks

If they are stock or non-adjustables just torque them to 22 ftlb

they are roller rockers and most likely is a normal valvetrian noise.

does your new setup include a bigger cam? Then this is normal.
