Default Strange or Moser fbody 12bolt?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the 12bolt Strange and Moser rear ends. Both come with eaton posi and 33 spline axels and an aluminum cover. They seem identical except you can have the break caliper plates installed from strange while you have to do it yourself with the Moser. Also Strange breaks in the rear end on a dyno before leaving the factory to ensure proper set up and quality while Moser does not. Both cost around the same price. Is one any more reliable or easier to install? Is one actually better than the other or is it just a name brand preference?

Strange is by far, the closest to a plug-n-play aftermarket rear end upgrade you could find. It's well designed, well built. Moser sets up their rear gears very inconsistently, plus, their tq arm brace is a 4 bolt type, not a 2 thru bolt type (like the stocker).
Strange all the way.

From a quality control stand point, Strange- all the way.

Agree with you guys on the Strange housing, Moser just can not keep the center lines in their CNC program. Result gear noise and failure, but not as bad as the old K.T.R.E. stuff, man that was horrible...

I would say neither and get the Currie 12-bolt. It is truly plug and play and doesn't have to be assembled like the Moser. Currie's customer service far surpasses Strange or Moser.
