what type of rear end is in a 02 ws6 ra ta. like gear size and type and so on

u might have 3.23s if you have a manual.
check your door code for one of these:
GU5: AXLE REAR, 3.23 RATIO
GU6: AXLE REAR, 3.42 RATIO

thats only true for autos
manuals only got 3.42
