Default how does the IFR table work?

it has 0-80 kpa, 0 is WOT and is 80 kpa idle?? im just trying to figure this out cause im gonna change it all to be right seeing my fuel pressure steadily goes from 62 to 59 from idle to WOT so im going to change it all over so i can get consistent readings.

now how long would i have to hold the car at WOT to get an accurate pressure reading, hopefully not long cause im gonna be sitting still. and lets say im sitting there and the MAP is at 60 kpa (never paid attention to this really so im just throwing numbers out) would that be 40 kpa on the tables?
