hesitation when starting off

Default hesitation when starting off

my 4l60e was rebuilt bout 5 months ago and when the car gets to operating tempature and you come to a complete stop it hesitates when start off again. it does not shift and shifts hard. any ideas on what might be wrong?

Lightbulb

Hmm, sounds like a lesser version of where mine is at right now.
When cold it is almost normal but once it heats up (roughly 3+ miles of driving) it's slips badly and takes like half throttle to get the car moving. Once rolling it again it feels almost normal.

mine works perfectly though just when car get up to tempature it hesitates when u start off
