I need some head gaskets and bolts to swap the heads on my car this week? Who has them in stock at a good price? They are EXPENSIVE!

If you figure out how to email SDPC for price quotes lemme know. I don't use a phone much these days.

If you need stuff asap, you can probably get some ARP head bolts and GM gaskets from thunder racing for the price of that GM kit.

Thats what I ended up doing today. I'm on my 6th set of headbolts now anyways...might as well buy some that'll last a few swaps.

I might just go the ARP route then.

Damn. I'm thinking I don't have so much time, but I might try to get them that cheap anyway to have some spares. Ended up getting the bolts and gaskets for about $130 from Thunder Racing.

SDPC posted these P/Ns and prices a while back. These are new numbers that they said they would stock in the near future.

Head bolt set, P/N 12498545, $16.95 ea (need 02)

Head gasket set, P/N 12498543 (for early 853 casting), $34.15

They had a P/N also for the newer head casting gaskets, but I dont know the number.

You may want to ask them if this info is still correct.

I too need a set (or two sets) of head bolts. I remember getting a quote of $89 from one of the sponsors from the other LS1 site. I already have the gaskets so where can I order a set of head bolts?

Actually the original numbers are available again for the head gaskets. I've been ordering the 12558809 and the 12558810. They brought those numbers back out from being discontinued or replaced about 2 months ago..
