Good to hear, do you guys think i should change it when i do my cam swap or just keep it in there. It has 40,000 on it. I did a search and got so many mixed opinions on the subject.

Pump
There is no such thing as an LS6 pump. The new # is 12586665 and there is only 1 pump listed for the LS1/LS6. This was as of yesterday when my new arrived.

Has anyone taken these apart to see whats the difference between these two pumps? Did they open up the Cylinder bore a little or decrease the piston's OD? I'd like to measure both cylinder and pistons diameters from an p7-99 old style and the 01-02 new style. Are the springs the same?

That sounds right except I thought it was only 98 that had the old pump style.
