Default Hot Cam installed, what else needs to be done?!?

just put my hot cam in, ls6 valve springs, the car runs great, nice rough idle, but doesn't seem to want to idle, especially if you turn the wheel making the ps pump work. Will this go away when the computer learns the cam specs or whatever, and run smoother? do i need to do something w/ the computer, like having it reprogrammed? just wondering

Time to pony up the green for a tune. The car will run like **** without it. DONT drill your TB either, a tune will take care of the idle issues.

okay, so my question now is, where do i go from here? i don't know a thing about this. Do i pull the computer out and send it out? do i take the car somewhere and have the whole thing tuned? who offers the best price? can i tune it myself? and one more, if i drive the car the way it is, am I hurting anything? thanks for all your input

dont mess with your throttle screw that will through off your IAC, and I drove around for 8 months before a tune, you learn to live with it, and your car will not "learn the cam specs"
