I just did and wanted to give a big thumbs up and <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" /> to them and thier wonderful customer service. They were prompt, answered the phone on the first ring, and the sales people were great. Keep up the good work!!

Yes, they are pretty awesome. Pretty much everything they have is in stock, too - including heads, blocks, ported this, billet that, etc...

Not C5 enough ha. I bet that f bodies make up more of the aftermarket parts sales than the vettes do.

I ordered a Katech pump and timing chain from them. They had a good price on the pump, but the price on the chain was a total rip. $111 for just the (as I later found out JWIS chain) "C5R" chain. You can get the chain AND upgraded sprockets elsewhere for $111.

I was in a hurry to get it since my pump went out and I didn't shop around. I requested overnight and it didn't show up the next day. I called, they said there shipping f-ed up and nothing went out on the day I ordered. I placed my order in the morning giving them ample time to get it out. They said they would refund the shipping (which was $32). I receive the part two days after I ordered. About three weeks later I got a refund of half my shipping. You would think for screwing up my order they would have at least refunded all of my shipping and been prompt about it. Maybe they meant they would refund the overnight part of the shipping.

Either way when someone asks of overnight shipping most of the time they need it in a hurry and are very disappointed when it doesn't show up.

I can say the guy I spoke with (Chris) was nice and helpful but their telephone operator had an attitude.

Bottom line, buy the Katech pump but shop around for your timing set.
