What is the best way to get in touch with them? I've tried emailing them a few times as well as calling over the last month and have never been replied to. I've got some questions for them on price match stuff and also tuning? So how have other people gotten in touch with them successfully?

emails work, they take some time responding tho, like 3-5 days at most, ive had no problems calling them, but seeing that they are not far from me, i prefer to talk to them in person, if you need answers now, i would keep calling them

i was there twice last week, and both times there phones kept ringing, it seems like they are really busy right now

Of course it figures. I put this post up and also emailed them today. Within 10 minutes I had a reply from Larry and he answered some of my questions. Hopefully my follow up questions get answered quickly also.

I would suggest calling. I have never had any problems with them answering questions and ordering parts.

Calling has never worked for me, it always goes to the answering machine. But emails have started working well in the past couple days. I'm getting a reply back the same day, which is nice.

I think the issue was I was sending the emails through the forum, clicking on your name and then selecting email, so maybe they were getting lost. Just emailing you from my account I got replies very quickly, that makes it a lot nicer.
