Florida Members - Recommended shop for flowing heads

Like the title says... I have a set of FRE big uglies that I want flowed with and without my ls6 intake. Does anyone know of a good shop that will flow these accurately? Should they be flowed with or without a tube? Any special info or techniques I should know about? Thank you. Oh yeah, this was already posted in internal engine and someone recommended me to post it here. Thanks.
