Arrow Piston questions

I have a bent piston rod and am going to change all the pistons... I have the 1157 kit and am going to start spraying.. Since everything is already going to be apart should I get upgraded pistons? If so which pistons?? Im still going to be using the car for a daily driver so what should I do??

As long as you're in there, I'd get some forged floating-pin pistons with two valve reliefs, and polish the tops.
You'll probably want to rebalance anyway, so might as well.
Whenever you bend a rod, it's common practice to check for a bent crank as well. Stock cranks are pretty darn tough, but can't hurt to check.

How big of a shot do you plan on spraying and how often? While it's nice to have forged internals it's to necessary for a daily driver that only sprays occasionally. You can probably get away with just checking the bearings, crank, remaining rods and just replacing the rod with a new stock rod.

I think thats what Im going to end up doing, I'm only keeping the car for another 2 years as a DD then I might get a C6 and build the motor on the SS... After I get out of college!!
