Default HP Tuners Problem HELP?

I just bought the V.1.6 that covers two different cars. I bought the Licenses for the 1999 Camaro/Firebird, and 2001 Camaro/Firebird. It will tune the 2001 no problem, but it says that i dont have the license for the 1999. Is there anything i can do, or do i have to contact HP Tuners? I have a fresh motor im dyeing to fire up, so i need some help asap. Thanks

contact HP Tuners (since you're an existing customer now use support@hptuners.com) It may help if you can send them the VIN# of the car you're having problems with, also if you can get the OS IDs (not sure if you can read them... i haven't tried) ... you can get the OSIDs by going to Help -> VCM Suite Info

Then hit Get Info
It'll show what licensing is currently setup for you, and I think show the OS ID
