So i finally get the chance to play around with a few cars on friday night before it started to rain.

First up is a right hand drive 240sx with an sr20det and gears from hell. I forget the exact model but dude says it's a limited edition sr20det boosted (wouldnt say how much boost) but geared to **** and back (dude says it will only go 120 b/c of the gears) We get on highway and guy keeps trying to get me to stop side by side on the freaking on ramp. I keep waving him to get on the freeway and he finally does. So we line up at 50 and i put her in second. Look over and count em down. He jumps early but that was all she wrote b/c i put about 2 car lengths on him in second and another 2 in third which tops out around 117 mph or so. He now wants to roll from a dig b/c his car is geared so high. I know my clutch is done but i agree anyway.

He says again he wants to race on the freeway on ramp. I say multiple times dude you are stupid, too many cars around, too dangerous, and it's a curved on ramp. So finally he agrees to just get on the on ramp at about 10 mph and ill just try and catch up. So he starts at about 3 cars in front of me and nails it. I nail it and am making up ground. by the top of second i was car and a half back. well my friggin clutch gets so hot it wont shift into third. I smash it a couple times to get it in and get back on the throttle. He was probably about 4-5 cars up b/c of this and then i pull him back in to about 2 cars at top of third. I let off as there is a bridge coming up and dont want to go 4x4'n when hit it.

He woulnd't run again so i just felt good about the roll race. The clutch should help me out next week (slip slip slip slip grab).

Second race was me an a buddy's acura rsx-s. He is boosting 9 lbs on a 50 trim t3/t4. We went from a 50mph roll several times. All outcomes were about a car and a half. Went from a 65mph roll and put a car on him, but his car is damn quick and was some good racing.

All in all a good night, but next week when i get my clutch then i should have a lot better results.

Why cant I ever get any of those races. Everytime Im out no one wants to race anymore. I guess they seen me at the track, o'well. Good kills and deaths.

this is the first time since ive had my car together that i've really had a good night. There is a big spot where a few strong cars go around here but it's mainly riced out 4 bangers.

I saw the first two as I was following with the video camera, some good hard pulls on the 240. That guy was faster in his mind I guess.

Cool, I hope ya get that clutch in so we can go at it. They're saying rain the next 10 days so it may be the weekend after next. Are ya planning on being bottlefed by then?

No, bottle wont happen til i get my rearend. and since I am in the process of closing on a house it will probably be later than sooner. The clutch should be in friday and the gears go in if i have time. We'll see.
