Default Aloha Gang Cam Question

Howzit folks,
Well i'm wondering if any has tried this cam in a C5 auto with 3:15 gears and stock convertor?I want to use it on my car with there tunner and headers.Thanks for any advise.These are the new accleraated lift cams by Vinci/Crane..

Several people have used that cam with excellent results. It's a real torque monster, especially when used with the VHP/Crane 1.89 rockers.

I got the over lap degree to be -10
210+218=428
428/4=107
107-112=-5
-5x2=-10*
