Default Can I borrow somebodies Knowledge! Please

Would a dead o2 affect pe vs rpm? The reason I ask is because I have ls1 edit and a lm-1, and keep reducing the pe and cannot get the car leaner than 12.0:1 under WOT. I hooked up autotap a it shows bank 2 stagnet
(.450mV) and the car started idling and cruising rich. Any help would be apprecitated. Thanks.

Dead O2 appears lean and might make for positive LTFTs
which will increase WOT enrighment.

The Open Loop Fuel Air table is also an active option
at WOT (or any other open loop condition) and the
open loop operation selects the richest of all the
enabled fueling processes (PE, OLFA, COT, ???) to
apply. So if your PE table is lower fuel air multiplier
(FAM) than the OLFA table then reducing it further
no longer has effect.

Start with looking at the fuel trims because those
are variable and you can't tune well against a shifting
basis. Log the fuel air multiplier and if the LTFTs aren't
meddling the value should tell you, by cross-referencing
with the MAP & RPM values, which table was its source.
