Default Can Futral F4 cam pass dyno-emissions test?

I'm one of those unlucky Corvette owners that live in a county (Fairfax, Virginia) that has the dyno-emissions test where they do the sniffer test at 15 mph and 25 mph. I know California also has a very tough emissions test. Is anyone running the Futral F4 226"/226" .575"/.575" 114LSA cam (or similar configuration) in those areas and able to easily pass emissions?

I have heard of 226 cams passing here in cali.
Tuning is key though.

Good to hear. I'm also installing the AFR 205 62cc heads. ECS in New Jersey is doing the install and dyno-tune. Allan Futral thought it should pass too. I hope someone chimes in with a similar setup and emissions requirement to share their experiences.
