Default confused about headers

Will headers w/ all emmsions hookups for a 99 work on a 2000? Most of the websites I went list 98 and 99, the 00, then 01 and 02. Was 00 and odd year or something. What would it take to amke them work (if they wont)

00 are an odd ball year, 00 got the redesigned manifolds with the air provisions at a different angle then the 98-99. yet they retain an EGR system but that to is at a different angle then the 98-99 manifolds. so from a manufacture stand point its not cost effective to catter to a one model year difference. you can run 98-99 manifolds if you use there egr/air tubes or 01-02 headers if you remove your egr.
