Exclamation Problems with EADPerformance

I ordered a Volant intake on February 24th. My credit card was charged on that day. It is now March 29th and I still do not have the intake.
I emailed Tim on March 10th asking for an update and was told that it would be in either the 11th, or early the week of the 13th, and would ship right away. That was the last I've heard from Tim. I've emailed twice since the 10th, and have not received a response to either emails. At this point, I just want the charges on my credit card taken off so I can buy this intake locally(which, even though it will cost 300, I guess I should have done anyway).
I just sent Tim an email this morning stating that I want the charges off of my credit card. Hopefully, he will be able to at least honor this request.

Update - I got an email from Tim saying that the intake was shipped and should be arriving Thursday. Thanks Tim!

Happy he got it out for you, my engine showed up monday, looks like tim has fixed all his problems.

Actually, when I got home yesterday, it was waiting on the front porch.
