I will be driving my car to the track and bolting on 25.4" dia front skinnies and 27.3" + at the big end, ET drags on the back.

My question is how do I disable the ABS so it does not go nuts at the end of the track at 125+?

Is there a fuse I can pull and put back in to drive home?

ABS fuse under the hood, when you pull it the 'ABS inop' and 'brake' light should light up in the cluster after it moves about 10 feet when its disabled if I remember.

I don't mean to hijack, but does anyone know why the abs freaks out when driving on 28" tires? I don't drive on the slicks very often, but after about a half mile the BRAKE and ABS lights come on as if both systems have problems.

The computer uses the OEM tire size of 25.66" to calculate the operations for the ABS, TCS and other functions ... in conjunction with the VSS and wheel speed sensors at each corner. So if the calculations are off at any one point, the system thinks there is a defect and pops on the ABS INOP and BRAKE lights. If you program your computer with the correct tire size, you will no longer have that problem. Nothing will happen, but it is letting you know that, since the calculations are not correct your ABS will not function as designed.
