Advise: Is a stock posi unit and 273 gears out of a 02 Z-28 14k miles worth selling? Hey all:
I had a new posi unit and gears installed in my 02 Z-28 with 14,840 miles. Is the stock posi and 273 gears worth even trying to sell and of so how much are they worth?

everything is worth selling! only problem is that its a 2 series carrier, and most people who upgrade gears would rather buy somthing that's a 3 series, so they dont have to run a "thick" gear.
alot of the automatic guys blow up their posi in the 10bolts, and those who have gone from 2.73 to higher probably have the thick gears or a spacer and would like to keep their current setup, just with your newish posi.
i'm sure whoever buys it will scrap the 2.73 gears. might could market it as "torsen posi for sale, FREE GEARS!" i have an auburn from my car i've been contemplating on selling, i need to get it checked out for damage first though, dont want to sell someone some broken ****.
