It hydrolocked everything else looks good but the short block. Now it's time to rebuild

anyone know were I can get a used low mile block? This couldn't have come at a worse time i'm broke.

Might want to check/replace the valves for that cylinder

I planned on doing that what size are the stock valve's and I'm getting a low milage ls1 block is there anything besides new rod bolts and main seals that I can do to make it better or more power. Like changing to different head gaskets.
