Which window switch pills to run?

Which window switch pills to run? Car is a stock disp. M6 with a F13 112+4. Cam peaks @ 6300 will be shifted @ 6500. Redline set at 6800. Spraying a TNT 100shot. 3000 on 6400 off sound ok?

If the car is peaking at 6300 N/A then it will peak a bit lower on the nitrous (5800-6000rpm perhaps?). My car would pull hard to 6800rpm and I shifted at 6900 N/A, but on nitrous I got better times shifting at 6400rpm (shift light set to 6300 due to my lazy reaction to it and nitrous pill at 6400).
I would start with the 6000 pill and shift just under that.
