Default demolished power steering pulley replacement

Ok my power steering pump pulley had been broken off at some point and I need to get my new one one to the pump. There is a small metal collar from the old pulley still remaining on the pump and I need to get it off. Any ideas?

Also whats the procedure for installing the new one.
thanks

There's a puller that clips over that collar to pull it off.

The new one has to be pressed into place. An SAE stud and nut can be threaded into the hole to press the new one on. I don't remember what size, but I know it's not metric...

ok got the collar off and started putting the new one on. It has started to go on a little crooked. Will it straighten itself out or am I screwed?
Also how do you stop the pulley from moving as you tighten down the bolt
