Rockers OK ... harmonic balancer ????

Rockers OK ... harmonic balancer ???? Well, took off the valve covers and the rockers were all tight with the correct torque.
Rev'd the engine and I think I found the area where the noise is coming from ... could be a pully or a belt, however, it sounds like it's coming from within the harmonic balancer hub, right on the front of the engine, that bolts onto the crank (maybe it's pressed on ... not sure) .
What the hell could be bad in this area of the engine???? It felt like it's on good and tight.
