More Problems....Oh Well
Come out of work the other day and notice a white line down the side of my newly painted passenger side. Upon further investigation I realize that someone had keyed my car. Anyway to make it look some what better? Thanks for looking

I think he is asking what to do. knowing the paint on his car it is going to be hard.
I had the same thing happen to my IROC. some no good low lie **** decided to key the new red paint on my car. I tell you people like that need both hand broken and kicked in the *****!

C-SUCKERS! What is with people anyway? Don't they know they could get shot for doing **** like that. Maybe that's the problem, we need asome good old-fashioned vigilante justice to put a stop to this kind of behavior.
Anyway, if it's showing white, they went pretty deep. That's going to be tough to "fix". Is it only in the black, or did they go into the pink stripe too?

The way you describe it, it sounds like it will require a re-paint to totally fix. Can't know that unless I'm looking at it though. I feel really bad for you If someone did that to my car I'd be sick. That's why I was unwilling to park my car at the Casino the other night when others wanted to go there. I'm afraid of how I'd feel if someone damaged my car, and afraid of what I'd do if I caught them. Better off to bring a car you care less about IMO.

Thanks guys, Nah they stopped before the stripe, but it is cut into the door also which would mean re-painting the door I assume WHich would mean repainting that stripe again which is a extra 1000 dollars I bet. I'll just live with it. Thanks for the comments they help

I was watching My Classic Car they had a segment on scratch repair.
They took a small scratch, sanded it, filled it in with touch up paint, wet sanded it then buffed it out. My driver truck has a spot where it looks like it was keyed then a blind man touched it up. I am going to try this repair. My guess is you will be able to get it smooth but probably not going to be able match the color just right.
Still sucks I am with Mark we need Charles Bronson to kick some car keying ***.

Done the same thing Steve posted on to the metal scratches on the truck. You can hardly tell, then again its that silver-**** sort of color (whatever happened to gunmetal gray?).
I swear, we need cameras mounted in our cars for jackasses who think just because you have a nice car, you are rich or something. If they would quit dropping their money on crack they could afford one too.
