Default Increasing VE = Increasing LTFT's??

I drove my car 30 minutes. Used average histogram and found values of 0-7 in the LTFT tab. I increased the primary and secondary(as best I could) by half of the difference. I have only driven the car a total of 40 miles after changing the VE table but the LTFT's now show all cells that were changed now between 7-10.

Should I drive another 60 miles before worrying about it? I have only reset the fuel trims once and it was right after I uploaded the new bin file with the changed Ve's.

Just confused is all.

After reloading the log, the AVERAGED short trims looked better with 80% of the values between 0 and -3 and the other 20% were very spotty with values ranging from 3 to 6 with an 8 and 11 single cell outliers.

Do the short trims give me a better idea of what the LTFT's will look like after 100 miles?

Do I only reset fuel trims after changing ve table? or do I reset then every time I start the car?

Thanks for the help!
