Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - Back halving a 4th gen

Allright I'm want ing to back half my '94 Z and would like to get some info,like what complications might I run into and cost and parts vendors for this project.any help would be much appreciated. :drive:

why back half it when the stock suspension works so well? why not just minitub it for a bigger tire.
